Payment Method – Bank Transfer Only
Standard Cards accepts payments exclusively via bank transfer. No cash on delivery, credit cards, or other payment methods are available. All orders require advance payment as per the payment schedule below.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Standard Cards website (standardweddingcards.com) and the purchase of any products, including wedding cards, Nikkah essentials, Bidh boxes, and related stationery items. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders & Minimum Quantities

All products are handmade/customized and subject to minimum order quantities (typically 100 cards/boxes unless otherwise stated on the product page). Custom design requests are welcomed, and we will provide a digital proof for approval.

  • Minimum order: 100 cards/boxes for most products (some exceptions may apply).
  • Custom designs: A digital proof will be shared within 48 hours of receiving initial details.
  • Proof approval: After you approve the proof, no changes are acceptable. Please review all text, spellings, dates, and design elements carefully.

3. Payment Terms (Bank Transfer Only)

We accept payments only via bank transfer to our official bank account in Pakistan. No COD, credit/debit cards, or online wallets are accepted.

Payment schedule:
  • 50% advance payment to start production.
  • 20% after digital proof approval.
  • 30% balance before dispatch of goods.

Bank account details will be provided on the invoice. Please use your order number as reference. Payments must be made in PKR. All bank charges are to be borne by the customer.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are exclusive of shipping charges. Taxes as applicable under Pakistani law will be added to the invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice, but once an order is confirmed with an advance payment, the price is locked.

5. Design & Proofing

For customized products (wedding cards, Nikkah certificates, etc.):

  • We provide a digital proof (PDF/JPEG) for your approval.
  • You may request up to two rounds of revisions free of charge. Additional revisions may incur a fee.
  • After you give final approval, no changes can be made. Please double‑check all names, dates, and Quranic verses (if any).
  • We are not responsible for errors in the approved proof.

6. Delivery & Shipping

  • Local delivery (Pakistan): 5–7 weeks from proof approval, as products are handcrafted.
  • International delivery: Approximately 10 days after dispatch (actual time depends on customs and courier).
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non‑refundable.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or natural events.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect goods immediately and report any issues within 48 hours.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Before proof approval: 50% refund of advance payment (administration & design costs retained).
  • After proof approval: No refund, as production has started. However, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
  • Manufacturing defects: We will replace defective items at no extra cost (proof required within 48 hours of delivery). Damage due to mishandling is not covered.
  • No refunds for change of mind or mismatch of expectations after proof approval.

8. Warranty & Liability

We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted products. If any item has a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprint, broken frame), we will replace it free of charge. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, calligraphy, and artwork created by Standard Cards remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Custom designs are for the customer's personal use only and may not be resold or reproduced without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
